Digital Products Policy

At Entisea Designs, we are committed to providing high-quality design services. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all sales are final once the design files have been delivered. However, we offer refunds in the following circumstances:

• Before Work Begins: Full refund available if you cancel before we start working on your project
• Non-Delivery: Full refund if we fail to deliver your design within the agreed timeframe
• Major Quality Issues: Refund or revision if the delivered design significantly differs from what was agreed upon

Revisions

We include revisions with all our design services:

• Most products include 2 rounds of unlimited revisions
• Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery
• Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur extra charges

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@entisea.in within 7 days of your purchase with:

• Your order number
• Reason for the refund request
• Any relevant details or concerns

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
