Ordering & Process

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our services, ask first in chatbot, wait for replay and after discussion select the design you need, add it to your cart, and complete the checkout process. After payment, we'll contact you within 24 hours to gather project details.

What information do you need from me?

This varies by project, but typically we need:

• Your logo and brand colours (if applicable)
• Text content for the design
• Any images or graphics you want included
• Preferred style or reference examples
• Specific requirements or dimensions

Can I request a custom design not listed on your site?

Do you offer rush or expedited service?

Design Process & Delivery

How long does it take to complete my design?

Delivery times vary by service:

• Social media graphics: 24-48 hours
• Business cards & resumes: 2-3 business days
• Logos: 3-5 business days
• Complex projects (catalogs, flyers): 3-7 business days

Rush delivery is available for urgent projects.

How many design concepts will I receive?

Most services include 2-3 initial design concepts for you to choose from. You can then request revisions to your chosen concept.

How many revisions are included?

Most of our services include 2 rounds of unlimited revisions. This means you can request as many changes as needed within those 2 rounds to ensure complete satisfaction.

What does "unlimited revisions" mean?

Within the specified revision rounds, you can request changes to colours, text, layout, and other elements until you're 100% satisfied. However, requesting a completely different design concept counts as a new project.

How will I receive my final files?

Final files are delivered via email or secure download link. You'll receive all formats specified in your service package.

What file formats will I receive?

This varies by service, but typically includes:

• High-resolution PNG (with transparent background)
• JPG for web use
• PDF for print
• Source files (PSD, AI) available upon request for as many services as possible

Technical Questions

Will my design work for both print and digital use?

Yes! We provide files optimised for both print (high-resolution, CMYK) and digital use (RGB, web-optimized).

Can I use my design on any platform?

Yes, once you've paid for your design, you have the right to use it for your business across all platforms and media.

Do you provide source files?

Source files (PSD, AI, etc.) are available for most services, either included or available upon request. Check your specific service details.

Can you match my existing brand colors exactly?

Yes! Just provide us with your brand colour codes (hex, RGB, or CMYK values) and we'll match them precisely.

Will my design be unique?

Absolutely! Every design we create is 100% custom and original. We never use templates or resell designs.

Revisions & Changes

What if I don't like the initial concepts?

No problem! We'll work with you to understand what you're looking for and create new concepts that better match your vision.

Can I request changes after the final delivery?

Minor tweaks within 7 days of delivery are usually accommodated at no charge. Major changes after final approval may incur additional fees.

What if I need to change the text after approval?

Text changes after final approval can usually be made for a small fee, depending on the complexity.

Rights & Usage

Who owns the rights to my design?

Upon full payment, you receive the rights to use the design for your business. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Can I trademark my logo?

Yes, you can trademark your logo. We recommend consulting with a trademark attorney for the registration process.

Can I resell the designs?

You can use the designs for your business purposes, but you cannot resell the design files themselves or claim them as your own work.

How do we communicate during the project?

We primarily communicate via email or Google Chat. For complex projects, we can arrange video calls if needed depends on availability.
